We all end up with products that we don’t like, or have to return for some reason.
That’s okay. We believe in an honest returns policy and will do our best to assist you through the process. Generally, we will accept returns within 7 days of purchase as long as the item:
- is returned in its original packing
- is unused, and undamaged
Usually, that means you realized you don’t want the item as soon as it was unpacked the first time, and decided it’s better to return and get something else. The value of the product (along with any taxes) will be refunded to your account (either as store credit, or as a refund to your credit card). We may however have to charge a delivery/ courier fee to collect the item back in certain cases (especially if we notice a lot of returns being logged from your account).
You may request a return through your account on our website. Once requested, we will arrange collection by courier, and inspect the product once received. Our fulfilment team will review the item in light of the above conditions and confirm eligibility for a refund. Our representative will contact you on the email address linked to your account with an update, (generally within 1 week of us receiving the item) to advise on the status of the return.
