The flagship series of Daiwa sea bass minnows, carrying on the legend of long-distance casting, now with LASER IMPACT cosmetic.
“There’s a reason why this shine catches fish.”
The pinnacle of Daiwas hard-bait engineering, built for one primary purpose: conquering massive distances to reach elite coastal and offshore predators.
This highly aerodynamic “bullet minnow” is precision-engineered to dominate rocky shores, deep drop-offs, and heavy coastal currents across the GCC. It is the ultimate tool for targeting hard-hitting species like Kingfish, Queenfish, Longtail Tuna, Barracuda, and aggressive Trevally (GTs). Its ultra-sleek, aero-body drastically reduces wind resistance, allowing an oversized internal tungsten weight to slide effortlessly to the rear for explosive, stable castseven when punching directly into a heavy shamal headwind.
This bullet minnow is designed for use in rocky areas and surf, offering excellent casting distance, stability, and depth-keeping performance. Its aerodynamic body reduces air resistance and allows a large weight to move to the rear of the body.
Furthermore, a large tungsten weight wire oscillation mechanism runs straight through to the rear. The “kickback spring” at the rear of the wire oscillation weight transfer system is set to the minimum length necessary to recoil the weight, preventing the main weight from being pushed forward during flight and reducing stall in the latter half of the cast.
The shaft of the weight oscillation section is treated with a SaqSas finish and a half-spring, allowing the weight, which moves to the rear during casting, to move forward upon impact with the water, and finally locks securely with a magnet (MAGLOCK system). The MAGLOCK system improves action stability in strong currents such as rough surf fishing, maintains a swimming posture during drifts and pauses after action, and achieves high swimming ability that is less susceptible to being tossed around in strong currents, waves, and during fast retrieves
